Kristin A.R. Osborn, LMHC, LPCC

Kristin is an internationally recognized psychotherapist, researcher, author and an Associate in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and appointed Clinical Instructor at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine.

Guy McDermott, RET. SEAL/Firefighter/Paramedic

Guy joined the Navy in 1989 and served the majority of his 31 years as a SEAL Operator, retiring in 2020. Guy is the lead Peer Support advocate for Next Peak and is currently working to help combat veterans transition back to civilian life through Coaching and mentorship.

Maxwell Bush, RET. SEAL

Max joined the Navy in 2011 deploying multiple times as a SEAL in direct support of the Global War on Terrorism. Max helps to connect current and former active-duty service members with Next Peak’s therapists and community, providing hope and a path to wholeness for Operators and their families.
